What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, UnionPay and JCB.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes.
You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.
We do recommend that you create an account to check order history, save your cart and payment details for next time.
Just use the Register Page and follow the on screen instructions.

How do I know which size to order?

We provide a detailed size guide for each product to help you choose the right size. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is happy to help at support@liftoffaus.com or use our Contact Form.

When will my order arrive?

For Express shipping within Australia you can expect 1-3 day shipping.

For Standard shipping within Australia you can expect 3-7 day shipping.

Orders will be shipped once produced.

Production times may vary depending on stock levels but normally 4-14 business days.

How do I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order as long as your order has not been shipped.
To cancel your order please contact our customer service team at support@liftoffaus.com or use our Contact Form.
If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel your order. 

Do you offer international shipping?

No.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
But we're working on it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?

My order/item was damaged in transit.

If your order/item is damaged during shipping, please send a photo of the damage, your email address used to place the order and order number within 48 hours of receiving it to support@liftoffaus.com or use our Contact Form.
